jNetX Becomes Premier Tenant
in tekVizion Labs
Open Standards Pioneer Says Interoperability Certification Benefits

RICHARDSON, TX (June 20, 2005) – jNetX, Inc.,
and tekVizion™ PVS, Inc., the new standard for systems integration,
announced today that jNetX has signed an agreement to become a
Premier Tenant in tekVizion Labs™, the first lab of its
kind offering third-party certification and testing for Voice
over IP (VoIP) products and services.
“Premier Tenants” are vendors that provide their
products to tekVizion Labs to allow them to be used in certification
testing performed by tekVizion Labs and/or to make them available
to other vendors and service providers for remote testing. Premier
Tenant status significantly enhances the vendor’s test capacity
by turning tekVizion Labs into an extension of the vendor’s
own test facilities. Premier Tenant status also speeds up test
turnaround time and provides priority interoperability testing.
Based on state-of-the-art Java technology, jNetX’s N(x)
Network Middleware and Telecom Service Studio make it possible
to develop even the most involved converged services using standard
IT tools. The N(x) platform contains resources called Service
Enablers, reusable software components that provide additional
capabilities to many different applications. The TSS makes it
possible for programmers of all skill and experience levels, from
novice Java through highly experienced SS7/IN, to participate
in service creation and delivery. Together, jNetX’s N(x)
and TSS offer open interfaces that support industry standards
and can be readily integrated into other IN platforms, plus service
nodes, mediation, and provisioning systems.
tekVizion Labs offers several types of testing services involving
both remote and on-site testing at tekVizion Labs. Remote testing
can be used for pre-certification or ad-hoc test scenarios, whereas
formal certification is conducted on-site at tekVizion Labs by
tekVizion engineers. Certification can be provided between two
products or in a multi-product solution. All lab services are
available to both vendors and service providers.

allows anyone to register to be notified when new Premier Tenants
join the lab, when products are certified, and when new services
are offered by the Labs.
