Interoperability Testing
to Sylantro’s Application Feature Server
Vendors interested in performing interoperability testing between
their product and Sylantro’s Application Feature Server can come
to tekVizion Labs to have this testing performed. Sylantro may recognize
a vendor as a “Connected Partner” if the vendor passes
one of either tekVizion Verification or tekVizion Certification tests.
Sylantro
defines Connected Partners as: The Connected Solutions level
of the program aims to ensure that Sylantro has the widest breadth
of interoperability with best-in-class solutions. Both Sylantro and
the partner can confidently tell customers that our products interoperate.
Benefits include:
- Proven interoperability with Sylantro Systems, with
test results
- Logo on Sylantro's ASP website under Connected Solutions
- Use of Sylantro's
logo

Vendors who are tekVizion Verified to Sylantro are verified
specifically on behalf of Sylantro. In this scenario, tekVizion
will use Sylantro’s test plan. Sylantro will determine
the pass/fail status based on their criteria. Vendors must provide
Sylantro with the tekVizion Labs test report. |
 |
Vendors who are tekVizion Certified to Sylantro are tested
using tekVizion’s test plans and processes and tekVizion
determines their pass/fail status. This testing is more exhaustive
and comprehensive than the Sylantro test plan but offers the
vendor more visibility into their product capabilities. |
Sylantro Recognition:
In either case, if the vendor wishes to have their product and company
name listed on Sylantro’s web site as a Connected Partner, they
will need to pass either the Verification or Certification testing and
they will be responsible for providing the final test report to Sylantro.
Sylantro will review the
test report and it will be posted on their knowledgebase. Approved customers
have the authority to login to the knowledgebase to view these reports.
