SIP Verification Testing Testing Fees

The interoperability testing fees for each product submitted will vary depending upon the type of product submitted and the number of features being tested. Because of this, there is not a fixed cost associated with the testing performed by tekVizion Labs. The testing elements below help determine the pricing. The testing fee structure and requirements are also described below.

SIP Verification Testing Fee Structure:

  • Fee rates are $1500/day for each day needed to perform the required testing elements.
  • Minimum of a two-day fee ($3000).
  • Remote Testing Fees are detailed below.
  • **Note: These prices are subject to change at any time.
  • After evaluation of the product and the number of requested features to be verified, tekVizion will provide a service contract and a quote with the estimated number of days required for all relevant testing elements.
  • If the estimated time expires prior to the completion of the testing process, the customer may choose to end testing and return at a later date or may request to pay for additional testing days to complete the testing. tekVizion will attempt to notify the customer as soon as they realize an extension to the test time may be required. If there are schedule conflicts for the extended days, tekVizion will schedule the testing in the first available time slot.
  • All testing fees must be paid to tekVizion prior to the release of the test results to the partner.

Testing Fees Non-refundable: Please note that all testing fees are non-refundable and are required whether or not the product successfully completes testing.

Cancellation Fees: If a test is cancelled by the customer in less than five (5) business days before the scheduled test date, the customer will incur a cancellation fee equal to the standard fee for one days testing.

Rescheduling Fees: If a test is rescheduled by the customer within three (3) business days of the scheduled testing date, then the customer will incur a rescheduling fee equal to the standard fee for a half a days testing.

Payment:

  • Payment is made directly to tekVizion.
  • The minimum testing fee payment is due prior to the scheduling of the testing. Once tekVizion’s accounting department has confirmed payment, tekVizion will schedule the testing.
  • The balance of the testing fee payment is due prior to the release of the test results to the customer.
  • tekVizion Labs accepts the following forms of payment:
    • Company Check
    • Wire Transfer (Wire transfers may be subject to fees added by government agencies or banking, and the customer is responsible for these wire transfer fees)
