Interoperability Testing for Cisco Technology Developer Program (CTDP)
tekVizion is the authorized testing partner for the following
products within the Cisco’s Technology Developer Program
(CTDP):
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CUCME)
- Cisco Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST)
- Cisco Unified CallManager
- Contact Center Express (CCX)
- Unity
- Unity Express
- Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
- IPCC/ICM
On behalf of Cisco, tekVizion performs the interoperability testing
required to verify Cisco CTDP partner’s and/or affiliate’s
products meet the criteria of Cisco’s CTDP. The
testing is performed in tekVizion Labs located in Richardson, Texas.
Participation in this program requires you have your IP Communications
product tested by tekVizion Labs to become certified in the Cisco
Technology Developer Program. This testing verifies your product
for use with various Cisco software products and network infrastructure
products.
tekVizion’s involvement begins once a partner has been accepted
into the Cisco CTDP program by Cisco. tekVizion will contact each
partner once we are notified by Cisco of the partner’s acceptance
into the program.
tekVizion can assist the partner in the following ways:
- Ensuring the partner understands the scope of the testing to
be performed so the partner is prepared prior to testing
- Offering a state-of-the-art testing lab, centrally located
in the Telecom Corridor© - Richardson, Texas to
perform the testing
- Providing the Cisco product expertise to assist the vendor
with understanding the requirements for success
- Providing years of testing and product expertise specific to
the telecommunications and VoIP markets
- Providing additional testing and professionals services to
the partner, when needed, to help them succeed within CTDP and
in the marketplace
The Partner Login page will be accessible to check the status
of your product within the program. Once you have registered
with tekVizion Labs, you will be assigned a unique and secure id
and password.
This web site is intended to assist you through the entire testing
process from the time you are accepted into CTDP, through successful
testing, continuing with any additional testing required as new
versions of either your product or Cisco’s products are ready
for the marketplace, and finally with other services that might
assist your company or your customers in a successful deployment
of your product or solution.
